SO in two weeks we are moving!!! into this adorable house!

I am just collecting all these ideas for decorating... I only have one big question mark.... ???!?!??

What do I do with a room that is half living room half dining room.IDEAS?

I don't like how they have the couch cutting the room in half. PS these are all photos from the previous owner. we only have a couch and a coffee table. and a tv. (It is half carpet and half wood... strange right?)
