"We will rise from the ashes... many will die in the process... but we as a country? No, we will not die."

I heard an interview with a Haitian man today on NPR. I cant remember his name as I caught the interview half way in. He talked about the hardest thing being not to be able to make plans for the future because nothing is certain. My heart goes out to all those who have lost their families, loved ones and homes.



Side note: Meryl Streep is a total class act. Her words moved me to tears and made me give again.
